To my considerable (and pleasant) surprise, this writing outfit has steadily grown far beyond my expectations. As a continuing improvement upon the value I hope to deliver to my readers, I would like to announce a few things that readers can look forward to in the upcoming weeks ahead.
Daily Briefs and Q & A’s
Starting next week, paid email subscribers will start receiving daily briefs up to 5 days a week, with video and text commentary of the day’s most important news and things I feel my subscribers should be informed about.
This will be phased in over time, I’ll start it with 3 days, then 4 then 5. and as I continue to get feedback, I might make changes to the regularity or format.
In addition, I will be experimenting with monthly live Q & A’s where paid subscribers can talk to me on interesting subjects, news or ideas. This is also something that will be phased in and feedback will determine how it goes. Very excited to interact directly with my readers.
Hard Problems Limited-Edition Merch
I will soon be launching sustainable, limited-edition merch and special deals for all of my readers and subscribers. For now, all designs are created on a limited-basis and will go for a limited run, and if folks like them, we could extend or add to the inventory. All buyers of my $50 yearly subscription will also receive a hard-problems cotton tote bag as a thank you. More emails and details will follow so stay tuned.
Thoughtful Read-Alouds
I’ve begun recording thoughtfully done read-alouds for all paid subscribers. These are professionally recorded read-alouds of my previous work (in my own voice) on the blog and in the future they will accompany regular posts to give my readers more options on how to consume my work. The first few should be delivered next week.
Once again, I would like to thank my readers, those who have shared my work and those who have purchased paid subscriptions. Your continued support enables me to do more, go further, deliver the best possible reading and listening experience and get to the business of thinking about hard problems.
